Who I Am

I have dedicated over 20 years developing my skills as a fitness and sports technician. As a private trainer, I have over 20,000 hours of 1-on-1 client session experience which spans a wide variety of individual fitness goals. Later, I began playing in competitive beach volleyball as well as semi-pro football as a quarterback. In 2012, I officially transitioned to professional status in the sport of golf and am currently a standing member with the PGA of America.

My goal is to package my extensive experience and apply it to every client’s goal so they can either feel better, play better, or simply move better.
